Katie has sold several homes in our neighborhood and also lived there. She reviewed our reasons for moving and set up a selling strategy. She brought us several offers over the asking price after only one weekend. She also made sure that we kept on track through the closing. Couldn't have found anyone better!

katie is the best! We were selling our home and it our first time selling one. Katie went above and beyond to make sure that we have the best outcome in selling our house. She is a good advocate to her clients. Our original buyer backed out and within a few hours she was able to find new buyers for us. In our atty review , she took the initiative to do a 3 way call with me, her and the lawyer to make sure that all my concerns and questions are taken cared of. She promptly answers your call and text . Home selling or buying is a very stressful and emotional process. you need someone who will be there for you and that is katie parinello.
