He is very knowledgeable in the field of Real Estate, he was able to give me recommendations for contractors that were very professional. Throughout the sale, Matthew expressed a genuine sense of caring and willingness to help in anything we needed. Although my sale was a challenging one, he remained professional and didn't miss a beat. Most of all, Matthew was able to get us over asking price! Matthew was always available by phone...I live in Florida and was selling my condo in NJ! Although I never met him, he was there to answer all my questions, recommend a handyman, a contractor, Frank, who was terrific, a cleaning service, and lawyers to handle my closing. We closed within five days of listing my condo....for $10,000 more than we listed it for! Matthew is a pleasure to work with....he knows what he is doing!!!

We listed our home with Matthew Tully and we are thankful we did. From our very first communication, we knew Matthew was going to be attentive and fully engaged with us. We had a lot of questions as this was the first time we had ever sold a house. Matthew answered all of them thoroughly and promptly. He assessed the house, the market, collaborated with us on which features to highlight, and most importantly, advised us as to the best possible asking price for our home. He was professional and available throughout the process and his guidance was invaluable. We received numerous offers within the first week and the final sale price far exceeded our expectations. This would not have happened without his expertise. Thank you so much Matthew!

We spoke with Matt and then met with him at the first home we wanted to see. He answered all our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.
