Specifically for this home purchase, given the crazy post-COVID market, she helped us navigate the insanity and find many homes we bid on. Our goal was to move for our expanding family into an area with excellent schools, restaurants, and family amenities. We found several good neighborhoods with Emile’s help, and dodged a few bullets along the way. She gave good advice for finding established neighborhoods, and we ended up finding a home in the ideal neighborhood for our family.

This review is a little different as Emile was the buyer’s agent for the home we recently sold. We found her superb knowledge of the housing market, easy and open communication and dependability made all the difference in the world. When our own agent was absent from the closing, Emile was there for her clients (as we’ve seen consistently during the whole offer stage) and her professionalism was reassuring to us as well. In conclusion, we felt she would definitely be our agent of choice if there ever a future need.

Emile, was awesome!!! she made this experience so much easier. She is very motivated, hard working and very professional about her job. Her knowledge when it comes to buying a house is definitely A++. We would called her 24/7 when ever we have a question about anything and she would answer her phone, she does not sleep. In the beginning of house hunting we had issue with our old mortgage company, Emile was able to find us a better mortgage company. My wife and I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Buying and finding our first house at the top of this market was not an easy task. Our stresses were very high. Robin was great from the start. She was very professional and asked me about my history with the house and the investments I had made. Robin walked the entire house inside and out and stated she had to do some additional research on comps. She was concerned that the comps she pulled were far too low for quality of house I was about to put on the market. Glad she did as the value was much higher and offers we received were well over asking. Within a few days, Robin had the professional photographer in taking photos and preparing the 3-D walk-thru. She staged all of the pictures and we kept the staging for the sale. House was listed on a Monday evening and we had multiple offers the following day. Robin handled all of the negotiations and coordinated all questions and inspections requested by the buyer. The sale was seamless. I would use Robin again without hesitation.Robin also conducted our estate sale. Super efficient, does a lot of research on the items you are selling. Set-up and preparation completed well in advance of the sale. They keep close tabs on the items and provided sufficient staff to work the entire house. We were never concerned about our personal items. Robin and her team did a tremendous job.
