Hank is extremely motivated. Even while the house was under renovation and not ready to list, Hank met us there and made many suggestions on the scope of the work to be done and on staging. The weekly updates on market analysis were very helpful. Once negotiations began, Hank stayed on top of it and offers and counter-offers were made and settled within just a few hours. Hank is not the type to stand by and wait for things to happen. This entire experience was made delightful by him. Highly recommended!!

I recently sold my house with Hank’s help. I spent a lot of time researching agents. And after meeting with him, I was so impressed by his experience, knowledge, work ethic, and, most importantly, his consideration that I looked no further. I’ve worked with agents in the past and the one standout critique I usually have is a lack of communication. I can honestly say I’ve never had that problem with Hank. He regularly communicated status updates, took the initiative to respond to questions and feedback from visitors, advised me on listing strategies and the state of the market in my area, and ultimately took care of making the final sale and closing as smooth as possible. Hank was also accessible, and receptive to all of my questions and concerns. There wasn’t a single time that I tried to reach him (via phone, email, etc.) and didn’t get a prompt response. Recognizing that I had a lot of other things to attend to in my life, he was always willing to work around my schedule. Selling a house can be very stressful time, but Hank was always on top of things helping make it as streamlined an experience as possible. Another reviewer posted that working with him is liking working with a friend, and I wholeheartedly agree. I would highly recommend him and would be happy to work with him in the future. This is our 2nd time working with Hank and this makes 3 completed real estate transactions with him as our Realtor. He helped us with the purchase of our previous home in 2012. He is awesome to work with! We called Hank again this summer and he listed our home for sale in August 2016. It was under contract within a week with a full price offer. Hank then helped us with the purchase of our new home. Hank is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He gets back to you right away and can be counted on to have your back. Furthermore, he's just really a nice and intelligent guy. These are really important traits to look for in a realtor, and from what I've heard from others, they're hard to find! Hank did an amazing job helping us get in our new home. He showed us many homes throughout Oconee County, but we eventually settled on a new build. Hank was there helping us every step of the way. He always responded to emails within a couple hours max (usually within a few minutes), and never failed to immediately return a phone call if he didn't answer the first time. From the moment we toured the empty lot to closing day, he worked tirelessly to ensure everything went as smooth as possible.
