Excellent Knowledge, Ability, Insight and Communication

From our first meeting with Hank we were impressed with his knowledge of the market and his ability to understand our needs and our "wants" in a new home. His experience in the market over a number of years and with over 700 homes sold is second to none. He communicated with us, updated us on available homes and encouraged us in our on-line and in person visits to prospective properties. More than that he cares and is involved - often working late and early to respond to our concerns and questions. He was in contact with us on almost a daily basis - but we never felt pressured in any way. We knew we were in "good hands" at all times. We visited several houses, on several occasions and Hank helped us compare the pros and cons of each and gave in-depth analysis on the comparative value of each. When we made the decision on the home we wanted to buy, we knew it was the right home and the best value for our money. Thank you Hank - we appreciate you so much!
