I have been a resident of Idaho for more than 30 years, and currently a Designated Broker / Managing Broker in Idaho, Washington and Montana. I was an avid martial arts practitioner for more than 40 years including competing and teaching Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan (Korean Martial Arts). I love to travel, had the pleasure of representing several high profile clients through the years, and specialize in luxury properties.

As a lifelong resident of the state of Idaho, I have deep roots to my community, from Blanchard and Spirit Lake to Hayden, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Sandpoint. I am not your typical "put it in the MLS and kick back agent". I have aggressive marketing tactics that blow the competition out of the water. I physically, mentally and financially invest into my listings and market from every angle to find buyers who didn't even know they were looking. I was born and raised in Montana and have spent the majority of my life living in the Northwest area. I love everything about the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, and even just relaxing and looking at scenery. Evening campfires with friends and family are what really recharges my soul. I moved to the Coeur d’Alene area in 2014 and purchased my first home, beginning a 10 year journey that has shaped my understanding of real estate from the ground up. I have personal real-world experience in both residential and land transactions. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a working knowledge of Kootenai County codes and land use requirements, giving me practical insight that goes beyond the typical transaction. Jacob was born and raised in Everett, WA but has been local to Spokane since 2013. After graduating with his degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, Jacob started his real estate profession with a passion for helping others and a desire to build his own business. Eight years in the Army National Guard aided him in building a discipline of integrity and hard work in both his business and personal life. Some of the tools he uses to stay up to date on the ever-changing real estate industry are participating in continued education courses, constantly networking with other experts in the field, and joining market update meetings. Jacob has a special passion for real estate investing, backpacking, fishing, and spending time with his wife and three children.
