•Kay had good ideas about how to position and market our property and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the listing and sales process. She regularly reached out with updates about interactions with buyers or potential buyers and was responsive in returning calls and answering questions. Kay gave us good advice about responding to the buyer's requests and about all the other decisions we had to make. She worked well with our buyer's agent and was persuasive in advocating our position. (We were very successful in reaching favorable agreements with the buyer on our various issues.) Kay also helped calm our anxieties about the sale process, and everything went smoothly. Last but not least she Great is fun and very pleasant to work with. Kay did a very good job for us.
