Laurie Helderle was recommended to my husband and I, and we are very glad she was. After working with a different agent in the beginning of our home search, we immediately saw an difference in how agents handle and understand their job duties and clients. Laurie not only kept in contact and responded to every question, concern, and hypothetical we threw at her, even daily, she also deeply understood what kind of property we were looking for and helped us to refine what that actually meant to us and the communities we were interested in. She understood the financial aspects of home buying, which was not only key as first time home buyers, but she was also able to recommend some wonderful people to work with on securing our mortgage. This made the financial piece seamless, since we could be sure everyone was in contact and on the same page in the process. From the beginning we trusted her, and appreciated her experience in the field. There are so many factors in buying a home, Laurie was able to speak to all of these things: whether it was about the construction, age, and future needs of the house and property, the school district, the taxes, the neighborhoods, anything, she knew it. Not only did she know the area, she knew who to contact to get things done - she treated our home buying experience as a priority and did not let any time waste when we found the right property. The area we were interested in was competitive and without Laurie working on our behalf, I'm not sure we would have gotten the house we fell in love with. Even since moving, after all the paperwork has been signed and closed, I know that Laurie is still someone we can contact if we have questions or need help. If we ever decide to move, Laurie would be our number one choice for representation again.
