Hello, my name is Ashlyn Davis with RE/MAX best choice reality. I work out of the Farmington location, I have lived in Farmington since I was 7 years old and love my town and the community. I have a very close relationship with my family, and I am expecting my first child in June of 2025. Up until 2024 I was a full-time business owner x4, I owned a food truck, boutique truck, and photo booth, and also filmed weddings. Due to some life changes I decided to pursue a career in real estate with the thoughts of having a long-term plan for my future family I am excited to be able to use the skills I gained in owning my own businesses and applying them to this new chapter. I specialize in Farms, Residential, Commercial, Foreclosures and Short Sales. I served as 2015 President of The Mineral Area Board of Realtors. I belong to the Mineral Area Board of Realtors and St Louis MARIS MLS! I serve buyers and sellers in St Francois, Washington, Madison, Iron, Wayne, Jefferson, St Louis, Ste Genevieve, and Crawford Counties. I had studied Elementary Education as well. I also just completed a Military Relocation Training Program to aid in serving our Military personnel. I enjoy Swimming, Fishing, Hunting, Travelling and playing Music with my family.

Growing up in the historic mining town of Bonne Terre, Missouri, I was surrounded by the wonders of times past with the historic homes, and mining operation buildings, quaint little store fronts, mom and pop antique shops, some of the most delicious coffee shops and bakers in the entire state! I come from the world of construction — my father and family worked in residential building, and I like to say I was raised on the job site. That’s where my love for homes first began. For over 20 years, I’ve worked on the administrative side of real estate, gaining invaluable experience behind the scenes. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with agents, clients, lenders, and inspectors, watching the teamwork and dedication it takes to turn dreams into reality. Now, I’m proud to step into the next chapter as a full-time REALTOR®, helping others achieve their own real estate goals. Born and raised in Missouri, I’m passionate about this beautiful state — from the Ozark and St. Francois Mountains to the rolling countryside, historic small towns, and the energy of St. Louis and southern Missouri. I’m a proud sports enthusiast who loves cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Mizzou Tigers, and especially my hometown North County Raiders. Outside of real estate, I’m a dedicated family man. My wife and I have three wonderful children, and we’ve also been foster parents. I currently work with a children’s facility for troubled youth and have a lifelong dream of adopting. In my free time, I love camping, fishing, hunting, and just spending time outdoors with family and friends.
