I have had a short period of time working with Alissa Christie and her team but it was well organized and obviously worked. They found a home for me that fit my budget and needs. They are still in touch with me now making sure everything is going well. Not to mention the welcome basket was AMAZING! So thoughtful and they found a great mortgage broker for me to work with. All in all I highly recommend Alissa Christie and will be using her when I move again to my next home!

We had a great experience working with Alissa and her team when shopping for our first home. Alissa’s expertise in the offer/closing stage of the home buying process was what stood out to me. She was very informative and realistic when it came to helping us figure out what we wanted and what we were comfortable spending. She recommended offering use and occupancy as part of our offer and it helped make us more attractive as buyers - something I did not know was even an option. When it came down to making our offer in the final hour, Alissa and her team were quick to get our ducks in a row and help us get to the finish line. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to purchase a home you love at the right price in this extremely competitive market.
