•After knowing Keith, his work ethic, and attention to detail outside of the realty business for many years, he was the clear choice when it came time to find a home. I knew he would make sure we didn't get wrapped up in the wrong house, and would help us find the right one, whatever it took. The night I called he was just starting a vacation to Switzerland. I told him to enjoy his vacation and we would pick up when he got back, but even while standing near the Matterhorn, he was making sure things were in motion - property searches started, wish-lists created, price ranges understood. He was barely back from the trip before he was going full-throttle on helping us look. During the search process, it was clear that Keith had been keeping a very close eye on the home attributes we did and did not like, even reminding me of a few in the search process. He also made sure our home visits were well planned, as we had to come in from out of state to look at the homes. One home we were interested in he visited without us and gave us a virtual tour via mobile video call when we were not able to get there quickly. Once we found the (new construction) house we wanted, Keith took the time to visit the town hall and post office to understand what would be required for the certificate of occupancy, how to get the mail turned on, etc. which he then shared with us. During the closing process, he was extremely proactive in making sure the various boxes were checked, such as termite inspections and water quality tests were within periodicity, so there would be no hang-ups at closing. Keith also visited the house to capture video drone footage so we could see how things were progressing from out of state. Once graded and seeded, he even went over to water the yard to help germinate the lawn. During the final walk-through, he kept a close eye on things like plumbing and electrical to ensure no leaks from the new piping, and all electrical was working. Bravo!
