REMAX Bayshore | Traverse City

Amy Couturier brings a rare combination of professional precision and genuine personal investment to real estate in the Traverse City area. A former concierge pediatrician, Amy spent years building trusted relationships with families — a foundation that now shapes how she guides clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Amy and her husband Spencer built their own modern waterfront home in Northern Michigan, giving her firsthand knowledge of the custom build process from land selection to final walkthrough. That experience, combined with her medical background, makes her especially well-suited to serve healthcare professionals relocating to the area, waterfront and custom home buyers, and investors exploring the short-term rental market. Amy is passionate about Traverse City's outdoor lifestyle, wellness culture, and food scene, and approaches every transaction with the same care and attention she brought to her patients — listening closely, communicating clearly, and always putting her clients' best interests first. Whether you're relocating, building your dream home, or investing in Northern Michigan real estate, Amy is here to make the process feel personal.
