Not only did Frank sell our house in 8 hours, he somehow got three offers over asking price. When we started to look at building or buying, he was there with us every step of the way, like a parent who was looking out for his kids. If I had a question, he had an answer. If he didn't have an answer he got one that day. He doesn't let ANYONE run him or is over end protected us from the BS that a builder was trying to pull over on us. In the end, he helped us to get us the house we wanted end was there in the trenches until the deal was signed. Thanks Frank. I never want to move again but if I did, you'll be the first person I call.
