The Best!!
Silva was beyond any expectations I had for a realtor! She not only listed my home… she physically helped me prepare it to its most desirable! She is involved in every aspect of the sale! She was always there for me wether it was by phone, email or text! Always ready to answer any questions or simply helping me through some difficult times. Her positive attitude helped me to stay on track… I must also mention that her husband came to my house to fix things I was unable too! If anyone is looking to sell their Home you can not go wrong with hiring Silvia!! Good luck to those selling…although you won’t need that if you hire Silvia!

Silvia ushered me through a very difficult process of selling a home while living out of state. She staged marketed and carried us through a very difficult negotiations. While all this was going on, I was in good hands and never felt the need to have to visit. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe the effort Silvia put into selling our family home. It was a transaction of difficulty for a variety of reasons but Silvia stayed positive and supportive throughout. I'm out of town and Silvia checked on the property often and helped us in a variety of ways that were so much appreciated! Silvia, thank you so much for all that you did for us!!! Silvia was so willing to help us get the most from our home sale
Silvia was so willing to help us get the most from our home sale. She is a professional and knows what she is talking about. The point of choosing a professional realtor is their expertise and knowledge. Take their advice! We did all we could to ready the home, and she did all she could to market it and sell it for the best price possible. We were very pleased with the time that she took to explain every part of the process and to quickly schedule a stager, all of the photographs and videos, and an open house as soon as we were ready. It went amazingly well! We would absolutely recommend Silvia for anyone thinking of selling and/or buying in the Orlando area.
