Before purchasing our home, Debbie made sure that we had information on at least ten houses that met our very specific requirements. When it came time to look at houses, we only needed to see three. The second one was perfect. We looked at a third house, just to be sure. Debbie, knowing that houses were moving quickly, made sure that we had the house under agreement within minutes of making our decision to purchase. I would highly recommend Steve if you want your home sold. He is very aggressive and uses all his means to get your home sold; open house, high quality brochures, great networking, always available. The second weekend from when the home was listed Steve had another open house, and received a good offer I was happy with.
