•This is the 6th property I've purchased and Noranne was as good as - and in some cases MUCH better than - every agent I've worked with. I met Noranne at an open house for a condo where she was the listing agent. We ended up buying the condo but first asked Noranne to show us other properties on the island since we liked her personality. We were doing our own internet searches as well to make sure we weren't missing other potential homes. I was very pleased that Noranne seemed to provide us a comprehensive list of what was available - even though she was the listing agent and obviously better for her to sell the first condo we saw. Throughout the contract and right up until closing Noranne was incredibly responsive and even went extra steps to get condo association information that we struggled with.
