•Traci "found" us on-line when we were looking at a 5-acre property on Zillow in August 2022. She contacted us and asked if she could help. She showed us the property of interest and was very astute on zoning issues with that unusual property in Englewood. We decided against that particular property, but Traci had gotten a good idea of our interests and periodically sent us properties that might be a "fit" for us. After several other showings, we identified another property; Traci initially checked it out for us and began communications with the seller's agent. Traci was familiar with this particular subdivision and worked her own contacts to answer our questions and hers, as well. After two viewings and Traci's back-office work, we put in an offer. Traci helped us make a counter offer to the seller's response and also got a few extra perks added to the final deal. We closed on our new property on 11/22/22 and could not be more pleased with Traci's knowledge, expertise and guidance through this important process.
