•My husband and I decided to sell our house this past fall. I am a team member for Team Richard Capps so naturally we decided to have Richard list and sell our house. We had complete confidence in Richard and the team to sell our house. I’ve been on the team for about 7 years, but selling our house was an eye opening experience (in a good way) to what our clients go through in the process. Richard spent time walking our property with us from the front yard to the back helping us make a list of all the projects we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. With all of his business referrals for projects we were able to get the house prepped and ready to list in a month. With the way the market has been, our house went under contract in about 30 days and sold about 6 weeks later. We felt very well taken care of during the entire process- the team helped with photos, held open houses, and more. Anytime we had questions they were always answered, and we always felt like a priority. They walked us through the entire process from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Team Richard Capps to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
