Having Monica McCarthyas my realtor was the best decision I ever made when it came to selling my father‘s house. She was extremely understanding, professional, and knowledgeable of what the market was like in the area in which I was to sell his home. With her professional advice I did everything she told me to do prior to selling the house. The video she created to show people the property was spectacular! I had an offer within two days of putting the house up for sale. Thank you so much, Monica! You are the best!

Michele Rose was not only extremely professional from the first phone call to the final closing but her enthusiasm and caring made the search for our new condo fun and exciting as well. She guided us through the entire journey - seamless from start to finish. Any concerns were addressed immediately including recommendations for other opinions if we so desired. Michele works hand in hand with wonderful people to make the whole process easy. Working with Beth from Neapolitan Title Co., a recommendation from Michele, the entire deal was completed professionally, quickly and easily. We would (and already have) highly recommend Michele to anyone considering buying on Marco Island.

Michele is an amazing realtor! She helped us secure our piece of paradise in SWFL. We live out of state and purchased a vacation property. Michele made the process seamless, even with some unexpected difficulties that arose. She goes out of her way to take care of her clients. I can’t imagine closing the deal without her. I 110% recommend her to assist with any real estate needs. She is top-notch!!

June 27, 2024 My wife and I were recently sincerely blessed by the personal and professional expertise we received from the Waldren Team in the recent sale of our condo on Marco Island. We given excellent advice for the staging, preparation and pricing of our unit for the showings we had. We were thoughtfully guided in the closing and the pick of the lawyer we used. All went very smoothly as expected, thanks to Christine, Farrah and Michael. We recommend the team for your use. Don & Marrolyn
