I found Jo Lee through a contact in Florida (I live in Minnesota and it was my father's house in Florida that needed to be sold). I feel like I lucked out! My dad's house was older and although I thought it was faultless, other potential buyers didn't agree. An issue with the house would crop up; Jo Lee had a contact/expert to deal with that problem and it was dealt with promptly. For example, my dad lived on a canal with a seawall that came up as a problem. Jo Lee had a contractor to give an expert opinion on the issue and a solution. The last occupant of the house left furniture behind after assuring me that she had someone coming to pick it up. Of course, that never happened. I live in Minnesota. I couldn't fly back down to find someone to deal with this and confirm it was done. Jo Lee took care of getting rid of it all. It was discouraging to have buyers that seemed like a lock, fall through. Jo Lee has a positive attitude with amazing tenacity. She always had an answer to keep the property moving forward to a completed sale. She was open to my suggestions, discussing them with me whether they were valid or not. Fabulous communicator. I would hear from her via text, phone call or email every few days at the longest interval. I always felt up to date. Highly recommend!

I was very grateful to be connected with Jo Lee via Zillow. She was extremely professional from our first meeting until closing. Jo Lee was so knowledgeable about the market and answered all of my questions (which were many) and concerns. Being from out of town, I didn't have any contacts so Jo Lee referred me to MANY of hers and all were great referrals who responded to my calls. Amazing realtor! We have worked with JoLee several times over the past few years, both as a buyer, and this past event, as a seller. JoLee was an excellent, professional advisor during the selling process of our condo, and made the whole experience a pleasure.
