Christine was referred to us by our local Re-max agent in Orlando. We were looking to move to Bradenton and since the market was so hot, needed a local agent that could respond to our requests to see houses very quickly. The day after contacting Christine, we asked her if she could show us a house the next day (Thursday) that had just come on the market, which she did. We also saw another house on the same block which was vacant and we put in an offer on that house later that night, apparently just beating out another bid. Christine met us for a follow up look and also was there for the inspection. Her quick response, patience, and ability helped us close within a month. I can't think of anything she could have done better.

Christine's professionalism and dedication to her business made the selling of my home a breeze. She has been in the business for over 30 years and it shows. She advised us ahead of time what we should do to the home prior to listing it. She explained in detail each offer and advised us the pros and cons of each one so we when we selected the offer to work with, we negotiated the best price and terms for us. The home sold quickly and was a very smooth closing. Christine is the best!

We were very grateful to find Travis. We met at an open house earlier in year & found him to be very personable & knowledgeable about the area. We started looking for a place right when the virus hit and with us not being In the area, it was a challenge. Travis was great at understanding what we were looking for & pre screening places for us, and then working to schedule showings for us when we were in town. When we did find the place that we wanted, Travis assisted with Finding & deciphering the association declarations & worked diligently to get the best price possible. Once our offer was accepted, he still kept in touch to help wherever he could while we were waiting for closing. Travis took what could have been a very scary situation, with us trying to buy a house long distance, with limited knowledge and he completely turned it around to where we felt instant comfort & reassurance that he truly had our best interest at heart. Travis has a broad network of highly reputable service people, so while we were out-state, it was easy to get inspections, repairs and information.
