Christine was referred to us by our local Re-max agent in Orlando. We were looking to move to Bradenton and since the market was so hot, needed a local agent that could respond to our requests to see houses very quickly. The day after contacting Christine, we asked her if she could show us a house the next day (Thursday) that had just come on the market, which she did. We also saw another house on the same block which was vacant and we put in an offer on that house later that night, apparently just beating out another bid. Christine met us for a follow up look and also was there for the inspection. Her quick response, patience, and ability helped us close within a month. I can't think of anything she could have done better.

She advised us ahead of time what we should do to the home prior to listing it. She explained in detail each offer and advised us the pros and cons of each one so we when we selected the offer to work with, we negotiated the best price and terms for us.
