Karen guided us through the process of buying a new home and selling our old home as the Fed was starting to push rates up and cool off the housing market. Though it was a very nervy time, with Karen's excellent guidance we were able to take the right steps and make the right bid on the new house and get our old house sold. Though we enjoyed our old house, we are looking forward to many wonderful years in our amazing new house.
