Patrick helped us buy a house sooner than we expected. We were relocating from NC. Because of the distance of the relocation there were a ton of details, Patrick helped all along the way going above and beyond. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with we ended up buying a full year sooner than expected. He was also courteous and always followed up in a timely manner. He was consistently present without being pushy. I cannot really say enough nice things about him because he is so enjoyable and easy to work with. But more importantly he is a professional that worked hard for us and we got exactly what we want.

Patrick's responsive service was our favorite thing about him! He truly made us feel we were his only client and texted/called/emailed within minutes of recieving new information. Patrick is thorough and fast, patiently explaining anything 3 or 4 times. He helped us find an amazing fit home during a weird market that fits our needs! He's wasn't afraid to contact a real estate coach for a second opinion on strategy. He never talked down to us, but instead taught us with genuine care. Patrick was referred to us by a friend. He is a Fort Collins local so he knows the lay of the land. We were out of towners moving cross country. Patrick was such a great realtor! We picked him as our realtor because we knew him already but he really did an excellent job and I would recommend him to any first time home buyer! We had a lot of wants/needs with a tight budget and he made it happen! He travelled all around the Northern Colorado area to help us find the perfect place. He was incredibly responsive, which was the number one quality we were looking for in a realtor! He is knowledgeable, follows up promptly, and checks in frequently. He was 100% in our corner the whole time, looked out for us as buyers, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way! And calmed my nerves when we were in the throes of the biggest financial purchase of our lives! :)

He shared with us some thoughtful ways to assess those desires and prioritize them. He has a history here and thorough knowledge of the area. He is a very positive and kind human being. I trusted him totally and he seemed to understand our philosophy for a 'home' and what it meant to us. After a lengthy search (mostly in another state with a realtor there) we decided to live in this area and we now own our dream home!! Prior to our move to Colorado, we actually did "bid" on 5 houses in that state. Now after our purchase in LaPorte....I couldn't be more grateful because this one is just right in so many ways it is hard to express!!!
