He shared with us some thoughtful ways to assess those desires and prioritize them. He has a history here and thorough knowledge of the area. He is a very positive and kind human being. I trusted him totally and he seemed to understand our philosophy for a 'home' and what it meant to us. After a lengthy search (mostly in another state with a realtor there) we decided to live in this area and we now own our dream home!! Prior to our move to Colorado, we actually did "bid" on 5 houses in that state. Now after our purchase in LaPorte....I couldn't be more grateful because this one is just right in so many ways it is hard to express!!! Patrick was great. He is well mannered and professional. He went above and beyond for us a few times. We would definitely use his services again! We were looking for a property in Fort Collins and Patrick was super responsive and got a property under contract for us within a few days of it being listed. When considering places he sent us lists of properties pretty much daily. He was always in contact and used multiple forms of communication when necessary. I would recommend his services to anyone who is serious about buying a property in the Fort Collins area.

My husband and I have sold seven houses in the past ten years and used almost as many realtors. Patrick was the absolute best, from his knowledge of the market, his attention to detail and his consistent effort to go above and beyond our expectations for service. Patrick went to such lengths on our last home sale that he donned a arc welders suit in order to cut up and remove an old hot water heater that needed to be removed from our crawlspace at the 11th hour to make the deal go through! Finally, his ability to keep us informed with handwritten notes and thank you cards through the entire process was unmatched. This guy is a national treasure!
