We can’t imagine the home buying process without Kevin’s help. He is super patient…took us a year to find a house that ticked all our boxes…, a timely communicator, caring and makes the process fun. He was beyond helpful with getting our house sold as well. He and his super talented wife Sheri staged our house and we had an offer in less than 48 hours. If he suggests staging, take his word for it. IT WORKS!!!! This was an overall great experience knowing Kevin truly had our goals and best interest in mind at each stage and we would chose him every time if we had to move again!

Needed to sell my Mother's house, so listed with Kevin in last week of Nov '24. House was sold first week of Mar '25, so it took about 3 months and 2 weeks from listing to closing. Somthing that is not always common with businesses, Kevin was aware of the "human" side of things and demonstated empathy and understanding in making the transaction as smooth as possible, and was respectful of my time. Similarly, he understood the local market and helped advise as the process took its' course.

You will be hard pressed to find a better real estate agent than Kevin. He did a fantastic job through out the entire process of selling my house. Before even signing paperwork, Kevin did a thorough market analysis of comparable homes and offered many suggestions for a better house showing. Kevin also did an excellent staging job with his own furnishings to better display the house for viewing. Throughout the entire sale process Kevin was on top of things and kept us very well informed. Our house selling experience was made harder since we live over 500 miles away from the house sold, but Kevin even made that as painless as possible, even going so far as to recommend and assist in getting some needed repairs done. Kevin is a true professional and I highly recommend him for your real estate transactions.
