I asked Jill to let me know when there were any condos available for sale. She was very good about keeping me updated. She was ready to show me the condo at my request. Jill was very helpful but not pushy. Jill is professional and would not hesitate to answer my many questions. She was excellent at explaining information that I didn’t know or understand. I would and will recommend Jill to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Jill was very professional, yet still personable. We feel she went above and beyond for us. Actually she made it easy to buy and sell. We were lucky to have her.

Jill is the most professional and personable agent I have ever worked with. Her calm collected demeanor allows her to navigate the client through all the troubling tasks that need to get taken care of like negotiating prices, city inspection fixes, or overwhelming amounts of paperwork. Jill truly is a masterclass agent; her ability to stay focused on what matters, being able to have fun at the same time, and make the client feel comfortable about the decisions they are making is what puts Jill in her own category of talent. I would heavily recommend this agent to others looking to buy or sell their home!

I can’t say enough good things about Bene! From the time we started planning to put our house on the market to the time we accepted an offer (48 hours after hitting the market) Bene was there. She arranged the staging and cleaning of the house after we were out making our transition so much less stressful! She was diligent in making sure that all offers were presented to us allowing us to make a well informed decision. If your considering selling your house Bene is top notch!
