Tony and Sharon Shade demonstrated their market knowledge immediately by informing us of the best time to sell our home based on home sales in our geographic area. They kept in touch with us throughout the process of placing our home on the market by promptly answering any type of communication, whether phone calls, text, or email. They answered our questions about pricing, timing, and improvements. For example, they placed our house on the realtors’ website as “Coming Soon” so that other realtors would have a chance to see it before it was actually placed on the market. They scheduled a photographer to take pictures of our house so that the pictures could accompany our homes’ placement on the realtors’ site. Also, they placed a sign at the entrance to our property that read “Coming Soon.” This took away any pressure we felt in hurrying to get the house ready for market. Their face-to-face visits helped us to ask any questions we had and made the process easier to understand. We would rate our overall experience as outstanding and seamless.
