Phil was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home buying process. He was very responsive to any questions and the minute we had homes we wanted to see he was setting up tours based on our schedules. As first time home-buyers, Phil was helpful and knowledgeable as we asked many questions. We put offers on three different homes before finding and getting our dream home on the third offer- Phil was very transparent throughout the whole process and kept us super updated. He was very knowledgeable and did well balancing our desires to get the house with making sure we were getting a good deal. He was also very realistic about when it may be best to walk away or pause. He also does the little things that go a long way in a competitive market. Plus he makes the home buying process a lot of fun- we laughed our way through this entire process with Phil. In all honesty, there was not one negative part of working with Phil or even a minor detail we wished he would have done differently. Highly recommend Phil and will definitely be passing his name along to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
