Cari Kaptur is a Missoula, Montana REALTOR® and co-owner of the Homes 406 Team at REMAX. Alongside her husband and business partner, Mike Kaptur, she helps buyers and sellers throughout Missoula and Western Montana navigate real estate with local expertise, clear communication, and a personalized approach. With more than 20 years of real estate experience on the team, Mike and Cari serve Missoula and surrounding communities, including the Bitterroot Valley, Lolo, Florence, Frenchtown, Clinton, Turah, Alberton, and Superior. They specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, retirees, relocating families, and homeowners preparing to sell. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Cari spent 17 years as a nurse, primarily in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Jennifer Tolan moved to Montana at a young age and spent much of her life in Helena before making Missoula home in 2015. Before entering real estate, Jennifer built an extensive career in the banking industry, including serving as a Branch Manager for Wells Fargo and holding several positions with Mountain West Bank and other financial institutions. During her banking career, she also worked in construction and real estate loan processing, giving her valuable experience with the financing, documentation, and lending side of real estate transactions. After years in banking, Jennifer realized that real estate was where she wanted to focus her career. She began working with Bill McQuirk at Lambros Real Estate before joining Mark McQuirk as his assistant in 2018. She later made the move with Mark to RE/MAX and obtained her Montana real estate license in 2019. Since becoming licensed, Jennifer has worked closely with Mark as part of the McQuirk/Tolan Group, representing buyers and sellers throughout Western Montana. Her experience extends beyond residential real estate into commercial real estate, where she assists clients with commercial property sales, acquisitions, and lease transactions. Her background in banking and real estate lending provides Jennifer with a well-rounded understanding of both the financial and transactional sides of residential and commercial real estate. Before working in real estate, Judy came from a family owned business background and spent 18 years in public service. Growing up in Saint Regis, Montana gives Judy the edge over other agents in knowledge of the area. With roots that include a serious work ethic, knowledge and expertise from having over 23 years of real estate experience has made Judy one of the top producers for listings and sales in Saint Regis and the surrounding areas.
