Ms Suzanne educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Her guidance in helping us to understand the mortgage process was particularly helpful. She also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our HOA. Her quick thinking demonstrated her ability to think outside the box to effectively get what we needed in record time. She provided support beyond just the transaction. Throughout our home-buying process, Suzanne was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Her patience and ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor!

My husband and I were put into a very tough position where he was relocated to Southern Fl from Boston, while I completed my occupational obligations and put our home up for sale. Not only did she assist him in finding a temporary rental, but she even helped my husband and picked me up from the airport when I needed to come down to look for new homes. Ellen Mitchel is an outstanding Real Estate broker/agent. Her knowledge of the market is superb and she communicates constantly throughout the process. Real estate transactions can have a few hiccups and she guides you through them with expertise! We priced my condo a little higher than I thought it would fetch so I was extremely happy with the results. She is great listener, which is vital, and has a wealth of information.
