Nick was born and raised in the Northeast Kingdom and possesses a deep appreciation for the land and community that define the area. With a degree in Landscape Design and Sustainable Horticulture, Nick has completed numerous design projects throughout the county, bringing a unique perspective and expertise to real estate. Known for being an attentive listener, Nick takes the time to understand each client’s needs, hopes, and dreams, ensuring their real estate journey is seamless and rewarding. Nick’s real estate experience began 12 years ago with the purchase of a 30-acre parcel of vacant land, where he started a farm. This experience ignited a passion for preserving Vermont’s working lands and finding the best use for every property, with a commitment to keeping agricultural land in agricultural use. Before transitioning into real estate, Nick operated Maple Hill Landscapes for 18 years, managing properties across Orleans, Caledonia, and Essex counties. During this time, he collaborated with rental agencies, banks, and real estate firms, gaining valuable insights into property management and market trends. In addition to a professional background, Nick has built a personal portfolio of investment properties and has a hands-on understanding of the buying, selling, and property management processes. Staying ahead of market trends is a priority for Nick, who checks market updates 6–8 times daily to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
