As a veteran, I truly appreciated Adrian's professionalism, honesty, and patience throughout the entire process of selling my home and buying a new one. He understood the importance of clear communication and never left me in the dark. His market knowledge helped me get a great deal on both ends, and he always kept things moving, even when there were hiccups. Adrian treated me with respect and took time to make sure I understood everything, which meant a lot. He made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I felt supported the whole way through. If you're a veteran or just looking for someone who truly has your back, Adrian is the one to call.

We are incredibly grateful to Adrian Rissling for guiding us through the home-buying process with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. From the beginning, Adrian was attentive to our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home. But what truly set him apart was how he handled a major setback just days before closing—when our original bank suddenly denied our loan, despite having preapproved us. Adrian immediately stepped in with a solution and referred us to a reliable lending company that quickly got everything back on track. Thanks to his quick thinking and solid network, we could still close on time and move into our new home without losing the deal. Adrian went above and beyond at every step. His experience, dedication, and calm under pressure made all the difference. We highly recommend Adrian Rissling to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable real estate agent.

I had a complicated property that had a lot of problems (liens on the property for excessive trash, no well or city water, a lengthy tenant eviction, etc). Adrian was fully committed to helping us get through it. He was responsive and helpful navigating the process. I honestly thought midway through that he was going to drop us, we had so much drama that kept hindering our ability to sell! He kept a steady demeanor through it all, and was very professional.
