We barely had over a month to list and close before I had to transfer out of state. Christina put a plan together and got us an offer before we even listed. She also did a great job of managing a difficult buyer. We had a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it, so it helped our stress level not knowing all the drama that went along with the buyer. Some of you may want to be in total control, but I just needed to know she was handling everything in the background. She would advise us when it needed our attention or after she put the fire out. Christina was our eyes, ears and lifeline for this home! We bought fully remote without ever physically being present in the home. She played hardball with the seller to get repairs, termite treatment, septic cleaning and even a one year gone warranty covered be the seller.
