Rick did an excellent job in selling helping to sell my mother’s home in Columbus. His professional experience in assisting us to sell my elderly mother house “as is” getting the maximum price and more importantly selling it in 24 hours!! My husband and I purchased our home in Delaware, OH from the comfort of our home in Wisconsin. Shanna, together with our daughter-in-law (our oldest son and his family live in Powell), spent an entire Saturday going to open houses and checking out properties. At the same time we were all on facetime/video chats as they walked thru each house looking for exactly the right one. Through it all, Shanna was responsive, professional and answered all of our questions (and we had many). She walked us through the virtual process of buying a home, handled all of the paperwork, worked with the sellers/agent, managed the closing, provided the names/numbers of utilities, explained the tax system (much different than Wisconsin's), offered up local contractors and did both the preliminary and final walk-through of the property. It couldn't have been an easier process and we can't thank Shanna enough for her efforts on our behalf.
