Rick provided insightful and needed guidance for us through a long distance home purchase.

Rick helped us identify what we really wanted and where we wanted to be. We were out of state and limited in our ability to look at properties. He communicated on a regular basis, navigating us through the many layers of obtaining mortgage approval, choosing the right property, negotiating the price and closing as efficiently as possible. Trustworthy, professional, caring agent

EXCELLENCE

Rick was fantastic to work with in every respect. We discussed and made a plan on how to market my house and came up with a price that was spot on. Pleasant and professional experience
