We had an amazing experience with Seema during a very difficult time. We had to list my fathers house after he passed away and we did not live in the state of Florida. Seema was very sensitive and compassionate to our needs and urgency to sell the house. She kept us informed through the whole process and went above and beyond in taking care of the needs of the house while we were out of state. She comes highly recommended by us and she will get the job done.

Dawn went over and beyond to find us a home. She worked long hours and after hours to make sure we got the house we wanted. Her expertise in real estate was obvious. She was very professional and our experience from start to close was excellent. We love our new home and Dawn the best!!

Dawn is amazing. She made our home buying experience painless and always gave us the correct advise. You would be foolish to trust anyone else.

Kris did a good job communicating feedback from showings. She was also very professional, considering market conditions, even with other realtors that were not as professional. Thanks, Kris!

What stood out to us the most with her was her patience and loyalty to help us find our home. She was able to understand our needs as a family and with her knowledge it really stood out. With the way the market is today we felt at a huge disadvantage, but Dawn changed all that by showing us all of the options that we had to fulfill our dreams within a realistic form. Dawn is the type of person that we feel so blessed to have in our lives and we look forward to reaching out to her in the future for any questions regarding our experience along with her beautiful personality and understanding.

Dawn Stuckey took the time to find out exactly what my needs were, and patiently waited for me to find the "right fit" for my future home. She was available to answer questions during (and after) business hours, and even on weekends. Mrs. Stuckey was very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, and had great recommendations for Insurance Companies, Home Inspection Agencies, and Financial Lenders. I felt like I was working with an old friend the minute I contacted Dawn. She let me have my space as we went through multiple open house walk-throughs, yet was available to answer any questions that I might have during the showing. All of the paperwork and documents were a bit overwhelming for me, but Mrs. Stuckey was very professional in walking me through everything. I felt like her understanding of the current market was "spot on," and the advice she gave on "pricing" especially was helpful in some of my decisions. I highly recommend Mrs. Dawn Stuckey to be considered (and then contacted!) to be your next real estate agent!

Paul was great to work with! Easy to get a hold of, communicated with us very well, and he made the purchase of land in Florida not so daunting.

Kris did a fabulous job in helping us find our home. Any concerns with houses that we looked at, she followed up with the listing agent and came back right away with an answer, a resolution or an alternative. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends who are ready to buy

I have used Richard for the sale and purchase of two personal properties and several rental properties over the years. Richard is very knowledgeable of the Space Coast and Brevard real estate and makes the process of the transactions very smooth with updates along the way of how the transaction is progressing.
