I can't say enough about how wonderful Kelly Walen was as our real estate agent! I believe she was instrumental in making the selling of our home a success and an excellent experience! She went above and beyond in everything she did. She is extremely personable, very knowledgeable about the market and our competition, knows exactly how to stage a home, up on the latest technology involved in real estate transactions, kept me informed every step of the way, great at communicating and explaining all contracts and paperwork associated with the sale of my house, and was always prepared! I really liked the fact that she told me what comments potential buyers made as they walked through the house. This was very valuable insight. Kelly showed us how to highlight the best features of the house, remove clutter to show buyers the true spaciousness of the house, and she gave great tips on how to enhance the landscape and driveway inexpensively. I would highly recommend Kelly Walen if you are looking for the perfect real estate agent whether you are buying or selling! Our house sold in a few weeks!
