We were very pleased with Kelly she kept us up to date constantly (we live in Texas and were not around during the sale) and was in the condo when needed (for all little problems on the side). Kelly is good in dealing with other condo owners (who can be a little difficult sometimes).

Kelly was amazing. This was an estate sale with six siblings that had to agree on everything. She got a buyer within 24 hours of listing the property. She also was incredibly helpful in getting the property ready for sale by suggesting low cost improvements and recommending qualified vendors. There is no doubt in my mind that we sold the condo so quickly as a direct result of her efforts.
