I have lived in Central Florida for 20 plus years and have raised two children who are now 40 and 36 years old. I am owner of RE/MAX Aerospace Realty located on the East Coast of Florida. I can meet any of your real estate needs whether it be beachside or mainland.

I’m Christine Kowalski, your go-to Realtor. My journey began in Upstate New York, where I grew up in a family that owned a real estate company and flipped homes. From tagging along with my parents on property tours and construction, to owning my first home at just 18, That home was my first home remodel on my own. I moved on and flipped several others with 80% of the work being done on my own, (I couldn't afford to pay for renovations and still make a nickel). I relocated to Florida in 2019, 30 years later. I discovered a community filled with genuine happiness, a refreshing change from New York. Today, I continue to channel my love for home remodel projects, offering clients my keen eye for design, staging services, and tailored strategies to prepare homes for sale.. I take pride in providing personalized service, ensuring every client feels understood and satisfied throughout their buying or selling journey.I believe that real estate is more than a transaction; it’s about building lasting relationships. I strive to create lifelong friendships with my clients, understanding that I play a significant role in a pivotal chapter of their lives. When I’m not helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, you can find me at Home Depot, planning my next project. With my extensive knowledge of home construction—from the roof to the ground—I’m here to offer informed insights on your buying or selling journey. Let’s make your real estate experience smooth and exciting. With the right realtor by your side, living in Florida can be as fun as it is rewarding!
