Five day contract
Penny was referred to me and I’m so glad I chose her to sell my home! She was so easy to work with! Super quick response times and so friendly! Within 5 days of listing, she had my house under contract and sold in just 3 weeks! Could not recommended a better realtor!

It went as smooth as I could have imagined it be.
This was my first time buying a house and Chad made sure to explain everything that I needed to do and have. He made sure to break everything down for me so that I understood it. He took the time to answer my calls and answer any questions I had. If you're looking for a realtor I highly suggest Chad.

MY WIFE AND I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH MRS. PENNY. SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE MARKET WAS DOING. SHE HELPED FIGURE OUT WHAT WE NEEDED TO FIX OR TOUCH UP BEFORE LISTING, EVEN HELPED FINDING SOME OF THE CONTRACTORS. SHE STAGED THE HOUSE PERFECTLY. MRS PENNY ALWAYS HAD OUR BEST INTEREST ON HER MIND. SHE WAS TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING, AND HELPED US FROM THE FIRST STEP TO THE FINAL CLOSING. I WOULD RECOMMEND MRS. Perfect in every way!

The BEST realtor in the South!
My fiancé and I had certain criteria we wanted for our first home. We could only look at houses after 5:30pm also! Penny always found a way to meet us when a new listing popped up, she never made us wait, she sent me links whenever she found something that may interest us. When we did find a home we loved, she was on top of it! We were under contract in less than 2 days! For the home we bought there were certain hoops to jump through and she made it a complete breeze. I will never use another realtor. She made our situation personal and we loved it. She still asks about updates and how things are!
