From the first meeting at the house we knew we had the best in the business. Penny was professional and really got to know us and knew what we need to get things moving on the sale of our lake house. Penny took care of all the details very quickly; getting comps in the area and took time to also stage the home for its first showings. Communication was excellent between us and other agents.
