I was so impressed with Kathy from the very first time I met her. She came well-prepared to our first meeting. She did thorough research and set an asking price that was much higher than I expected, but brought in a full price offer within a couple days. Kathy is very networked and knows how to find prospective buyers. She has a wonderful personality and everyone adores her which makes her great to work with. I would highly recommend her if you are selling a house.
