Due to medical issues with my father, I was put into the position of having to sell his home. Kim was instrumental in the knowledge she had with the area and the market. She had great insight with what was needed to get the place ready for sale and what to list it at. She was able to help with finding a contractor locally that was needed for some minor repair work.
