I highly recommend Dania Diaz as a realtor! Her professional approach to the job can be felt from the moment you meet, through final transaction. Her team makes sure that everything is done in the allotted timelines. They tenaciously follow up every action and that’s a huge perk! We have been fortunate enough to use Dania for both the purchase and sale of our FL home and there is no one better. Buying a home during a pandemic could have been a stressful and trying time. Did not have that experience with Paul. Paul was there to answer my questions and made the process much less stressful. Found a wonderful townhouse and Paul worked with the owners to move quickly on an offer and closing. Paul was the middle man for the inspections and work that needed to be done on the townhouse which was a relief to me during a pandemic. Imagine what he could do for you *not* during a pandemic! I would highly recommend Paul if you are looking to buy property in Miami.

I was referred by Martha Jimenez when I was moving from NYC to Miami. At the beginning I was looking to live in Kendall and I came one weekend and Martha dedicated her entire weekend to show me houses. Unfortunately, I was still undecided on the location where I wanted to purchase my first home in south Florida. Martha was extremely patient and understanding that I could not rush on such a big step in my life. I stopped my search but then started again a couple of months later and decided on the location and found my dream home. Martha again dedicated all of her time and attention to me. She was very responsive and showed me all the listings I wanted to see. During the process Martha was there every step of the way to answer all of questions and help negotiate a price. Josh is a master at real estate and negotiating. If you want honesty, a straight forward approach and results, than you have found the right guy. Josh sold our home in record speeds and found us the home of our dreams. Josh understands the market, knows how to buy and sell real estate and gets to know his clientele.
