Yvonne has been an absolute pleasure to work with. With her accumulated experience, we were able to sell and rent all kinds of properties from single family homes to apartment buildings with dozens of units. I can’t recommend her enough; she really makes it happen!

Yvonne Ramirez recently sold our house in Miami, Florida. My husband and I are very pleased to have worked with Yvonne. She was raised in South Florida and understands the housing market as well as the neighborhood and local school districts. She was able to explain the process every step of the way. She answered all and any questions via phone calls, text messages and emails. She paid attention to every detail of our house and treated it like her own. Her patient, polite and pleasant personality Is only paralleled by her knowledge and understanding of our property and the community. We can wholeheartedly recommend Ms Yvonne Ramirez as your South Florida realtor.

Anthony Askowitz
Before my wife and I listed our home with Anthony Askowitz, we listed it for eight months with a local realtor, who was unable to bring any legitiment offers. We listed it with the Anthony Askowitz Team during the first week of the Coronavirus quarantine. Approximately three days after the listing, we got an acceptable offer. It fell through because of a financial problem with the buyers. Three weeks later, Mr. Askowitz brought a second offer Twenty Thousand Dollars higher than the previous offer, which we accepted and successfully closed. When you list property with Anthony Askowitz you're really listing it with the Anthony Askowitz Team. Each team member is a specialist in their area from showing the property to the closing. It's like a well oiled machine. There is one reason that Anthony Askowitz is rated at the top of his profession in the country, it's because he truly is one of the very top Realtors in the country.

After two unsuccessful contracts to sell my property, decided searched and interviewed several realtors and brokers, until I found Anthony Askowitz. Anthony was the only professional who came the next day with his partner the very next day with all documents pertaining to my property including an estimate. Not only was he the only one who came the next day but also the only one who took the time to respond on time. With Anthony, we were able to contract and sell my property within two weeks. Stress free, The best professional team, the best results and was able to complete the entire transaction without any inconveniences overall. I, personally recommend ANTHONY ASKOWITZ team and services to anyone. Anthony’s team were the only ones able to sell my property under so many obstacles endured with the association in place at the time with two Previous contracts cancelled. Once again, am very grateful and highly recommend their services. The best of the best! Superb results and the highest recommendations ever considered. Thank you, ANTHONY ASKOWITZ and team for all your stress free experience. Only the best!

If you are on the market either to buy or sell, I strongly recommend Anthony his knowledge of real estate in South Florida is second to none. As a seller I felt comfortable and confident because I knew I was dealing with the best. He sold our property in no time, and sold it for above the asking price as well. And when we were under contract his assistant and office manager Maribel handled and walked us thru the entire closing procedure with ease and professionalism. They both made us feel like family. I strongly recommend this real estate office, as I would not hesitate to use their services once again.

Anthony and company was awesome. They were right on with pricing and what I needed to do for a quick sale. And it was a quick sale. Had an offer within 3 weeks @ just what I asked! Their documents, presentation, ideas, staff and were easy and responsive. Anthony even made it easy for me to be away and still handle all the needs for showing and preparation. So happy with them!
