Teresa is absolutely wonderful!! I worked with her on the seller side of things and she was always so quick to respond, knowledgeable, and involved in every step of the process from start to finish. Most importantly, she always advocated for her clients and wanted nothing but the best for them. Highly recommend Teresa!

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! From start to finish, she was there for us every step of the way. She truly fought for us, always had our best interests in mind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Any questions or concerns we had, she was always there to help, no matter what time it was. She made us feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and isn’t just doing a job—she puts her heart into it. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. If you want an agent who will work hard for you, stand up for you, and truly have your back, she’s the one!

Dominick was amazing. He took the time to help guide me in every step of selling my home. He was compassionate, caring and extremely gracious with my many questions.

My husband’s aunt recommended Dom as she’s been working with him for years and has nothing but good thiings to say about him. Without getting into the messy details of the renovation and selling process of our rental property, I will say Dom is a class act. Dominick is someone who truly works with integrity and always has his clients' best interests in mind. He was there whenever we needed him, whether it was answering questions (even Sundays and late weeknights when he should be sleeping), helping us understand the process, or keeping us “legal”. He made what can be a stressful experience much easier, and we always felt he was looking out for us. If someone asks me “do you know an agent” I will always always tell them “Yes, Dominick Fantanarosa”.

Dom has helped us with our real estate needs many times over the years but most recently with my mother's estate. He is super easy to work with, knowledgeable, and has helped us navigate some complex situations. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor in their corner.

I’ve known Dom for a long time, so when it came time to sell, I knew I could trust him to get the job done. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and even when a few hiccups came up along the way, Dom was always quick to address them, find a solution, and keep things moving. He was easy to communicate with, honest, and always had our best interests in mind. I really appreciate all the work he put in to make the sale as stress-free as possible. I’d absolutely recommend Dom to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Dom figured out very quickly what I was looking for and was Intune with which houses we should see. He scheduled viewings promptly and was always available even during his vacation.

Teresa is professional and straight forward in assessing what needs to be done to prepare a house for marketing and appropriate pricing. Two open houses, 12 private showings, 36 groups later we received offers. Her suggestions enhanced our house, and we’re certain led to immediate offers.
