My wife Cathy & I were very happy with the services provided by Lisa Humenik in connection with the sale of our home. Lisa was the second agent we had engaged with respect to this sale, and what an incredible difference she made. Got the offer that we accepted in less than 3 weeks after listing with Lisa (this followed it being listed with another agent for almost 4 months. Once Lisa began to market the home we noticed daily we were getting 4 to 5 more views, as well as saves on Zillow than under the preceding listing. We found Lisa to be a consummate professional.

I am here to tell you, Lisa is AN EXPERT in this business. I met Lisa 9 years ago when she was my realtor to help me purchase my very first home. I had such a great experience with her at that time, I hired her to sell that home and assist me with purchasing my second one. Lisa provided knowledge that is not available if you tried to sell your home without a realtor. She was able to guide me in the right direction when it came to selling and buying. I HIGHLY recommend her services. You will not be disappointed.
