This was my first experience purchasing a new home and selling our old home. It was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience but it definitely was NOT! We were told we were closing on our home and moving to our new home on a certain date. So we hired movers and they weren't cheep then we got a call from Tamara saying that we weren't closing so our stuff was packed in a moving truck and we had no other option but to take it to our new house and leave it under the carport. We were never kept in the loop about when we were going to close after her screw up. We we NOT told that the buyers for our house had to close on their house until the day we loaded the moving truck. . . .i am sorry but I do not recommend TAMARA COLEY or her company to anyone trying to sell or buy a home. You will be overwhelmed, confused, upset, jerked around, not informed, and worst of all the excitement and joy of buying your first home will be taken away and it will turn into aggregation and regret.
