Sara is a phenomenal agent! We literally could not have done it without her. We had to work through several offers and then an extended closing process with all sorts of starts and stops related to inspections, maintenance etc. She attended to every detail, even those details that we did not know needed to be attended to. Indicative of her consideration throughout the process, we remain in touch, well after closing, to address outstanding issues. We cannot recommend her enough when buying a house in NRV.

Sarah Roberts is amazing! She helped us find the perfect home (at a great price!) in Blacksburg, which was no small feat given our circumstances. She walked through every step of the process, giving excellent recommendations for everything we needed (lender, contractors, inspectors) and had a way of thinking through every problem with a solution before we even had to think about it! We were also a difficult customer because we were conducting this transaction mostly online due to our circumstances, and Sara was patient, thorough, and attentive visiting the properties we were interested in, taking videos, doing facetime tours, talking to the neighbors, you name it! Her local knowledge was crucial to the search, and her expertise guided us to the best option we could have ever hoped for. With Sara's help, we ended up finding a place sooner than we expected, and she was excellent in answering every question and tracking down all the information we needed to make our decision. Sara also expertly handled any negotiations we had, offering her thoughts and advice along the way, helping us reach a mutually beneficial solution for both us and the seller.
