We decided the time had come to sell our house and move on to our next great adventure. Janet made the process so easy for us, saved us so much time, and saved us money too! We were going to do the 'usual things' and paint all the walls and take everything back to basics Janet made the point that all that stuff was not necessary. She asked us what the first thing we did when we bought the house and we said paint the walls. She said yes, so why are we going to waste our time and money painting the walls when the new owners are going to move in a paint the walls. That is the kind of thing that makes working with a professional worth while! And those are the things that demonstrate why she has more than a couple of awards to her name and why she has earned every single one of them.Long story short, Janet made the process easy, very low stress for us as the sellers, and got us a great price for the house. I highly recommend her and If I had more houses to sell I would call her for each and every one of them!

Natalia rented our condo for us!!!! I can’t believe how much work she put into her job. She helped us through so many obstacles and she never gave up and she always had a positive view. Whenever there was something we didn’t understand she helped us completely. Also, she gave us security in that everything was being done legally and professionally. I really am impressed with the level of service and professionalism. If I could give 50 stars it wouldn’t be enough. Also, when we needed help in renting out our condo my wife immediately said we need to call Mario. We see Mario sell so many houses in Hollywood that my wife took notice and always said if we need a real estate agent we would call Mario.
