Colleen was professional, knowledgeable, caring and excellent as our real estate agent.
Colleen brings everything you want and need as a real estate agent. She is very professional - interacted well with other agents connected with the buying of our house. Very knowledgeable - knew what needs to be known reference closing the deal and making a good decision on which offer to accept. Knows the local laws, ordinances and variances. She knew good questions to ask us, so that you we were considering all the things we needed to be thinking about before buying. She is caring, wanting our decision to be in our best interests. She gets a commission, but we didn't have any sense that how much she would get, was more important than we finding the right house for us.

New Beginning with Colleen!
When my husband and I retired and decided to relocate we instinctively called Colleen. She had been our realtor when we purchased our home, the same home, 25 years prior. During a pandemic is not the best time, but she had it all covered. She really gets to know her clients, as family and you can be assured that everything she does is in their best interest. She will shoulder all the little details for you, which is a huge relief during any move. She is just a really really good person, and takes what she does very very seriously, and makes it possible for the whole process play out seemlessly; even if you hit a road bump. We will definately be calling on her again ,

Although we felt the initial listing price was high (for the borough), we gave it a try
Although we felt the initial listing price was high (for the borough), we gave it a try. Eventually the sweet spot was found and the house was sold. Having said that, we are very happy with Colleen and all her efforts. Would gladly recommend her to others.

Bette personable and professional
Bette personable and professional. There was no question that she knew her stuff and did everything to insure that the house would show well. She was always prepared. When I interviewed her, she came with comps that were similar to my home and in my immediate area (both her listings and properties she had sold). Before showings started, she did a complete walk through and made recommendations. Rapid feedback on showings was provided. She made sure the house had everything the township required for their use and occupancy certificate. She made the whole (usually stressful) process streamlined and east. I highly recommend Bette. You can’t find anyone more knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring.

Awesome, helpful team. Worked with Tom. He really took the time to understand my needs and gave me lots of advice about the house buying process, tips, things to look for, ideas. The experience with them was great. Everyone did their best for me and I really knew they were on my side. Thank you to everyone there!

This team at RE/MAX 440 was essential in helping us to find our dream home!
They are excellent with communication and always responded within 24 hours. Tom Skiffington was our realtor and we couldn't have been happier. He was kind and helpful, empathetic when needed and aggressive when needed. If it weren't for him, I'm not sure our dream Home would've been possible.
